Loader-conveyor
The Loader-Conveyor is designed for medium height differences. 15,000, 20,000, 30,000 or 45,000 eggs/hour are transported by the conveyor widths of 200, 250, 350 and 500.
By using different conveyor chains maximum upward and downward slopes of 15-28 ° can be realized. Details are given in the overview (see below) with the conveyor chains.
The motor can be positioned at the discharge side left or right.
Loader-Conveyor
The loader conveyor are available in single or double design (for nests side by side with the same or different altitude).
Loader-Conveyor double with S-bend
The loader conveyor double with S-bend have an offset for nests one above the other.
Loader-Conveyor with S-bend
The Loader-Conveyor with S-bend is used in case of obstacles in the conveying section.
